Implemented a bold, culturally sharp community management approach that drove fame, virality and brand partnerships, supporting product launches, influencer collaborations and environmental initiatives.

Led the launch of BRITA UK’s TikTok channel and TikTok Shop, scaling the platform to 10K+ followers and generating 10M+ organic impressions, with multiple viral moments and strong commercial performance driving measurable sales impact. Executed social-first community activations aligned to BRITA’s mission to “take down Big Water,” including playful reactive work targeting Evian’s Wimbledon sponsorship directly contributing to BRITA securing a partnership with the LTA and the Queen’s Club Championships.

Led the LTA sponsorship campaign, delivering strategic and creative rollout across social-first content, on-site activation and talent partnerships including Jamie Murray, Josh Berry and James Buckley. Supported BRITA’s global brand strategy rollout across UK social channels, alongside partnerships with Whale and Dolphin Conservation and other purpose-led initiatives.
