Led Nectar UK’s social media strategy and creative output across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook delivering 500+ assets (30+ per month) across always-on social calendars including repeatable formats, evergreen trends and reactive moments. Rewrote Nectar’s tone of voice, social strategy, playbook and managed end-to-end creative production via design briefing and an influencer strategy (through briefing, contracting and delivery).
Supported and delivered multiple high-performing campaigns including Nectar Heroes, a celebration of the brand’s most engaged community which exceeded impression KPIs by 13M while using only 69% of the allocated budget and driving significant brand uplift. Led Summertime Spins, surpassing KPIs with 2M+ entries, double the forecasted CTR, +24pt above-average ad recall, +11pt message agreement and +5pt action intent generating 32% more clicks than forecasted on Meta. Also delivered Year In Review, showcasing Nectar’s #1 buyers and Advent activity, contributing to strong organic performance.
Helped drive organic awareness and consideration within Nectar’s core 25–35 demographic, achieving millions of impressions and gaining thousands of followers across platforms.
