Managed Nectar UK’s social media strategy and creative output across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Delivered over 500 assets (30+ per month) across always-on social calendars including repeatable formats, evergreen trends and reactive moments. Also helped support campaigns such as Nectar Heroes, a celebration of our hardcore community which exceeded the impressions KPI by 13M using only 69% of the budgeted spend and achieving significant brand uplift. As well as Summertime Spins which exceeded standard ad recall by 24+ the point average, message agreement by 11+ the point average and action intent by 5+ the point average achieving our stretch KPI of 2M entries generated x2 the forecasted CTR and engagement generating 32% more clicks than forecasted for Meta. And lastly Year In Review, a showcase of Nectar’s #1 buyers and Advent activity both of which were big successes. Helped further drive organic awareness and consideration in their key 25-35 demographic, achieving millions of impressions and gaining thousands of followers.
